• Gawade and the victim were in a relationship from 2006 to 2017, during which he filmed private moments.
• After her marriage, Gawade used these videos to extort money and threaten to circulate them on social media.
• He sexually assaulted her in Kolhapur and later at her home, forcing physical relations.
• The victim attempted suicide due to harassment before filing a complaint; Gawade was also involved in illegal money lending.
