•A PMPML bus conductor, Arif Jalil Shaikh (35), was arrested for molesting a minor girl on a bus traveling from Katraj to Swargate.
•The conductor harassed the girl for her mobile number and then molested her after she refused.
•The girl screamed, alerting passengers who apprehended the conductor and handed him over to the police.
•Sahakarnagar police registered a case under IPC 354 and POCSO based on the victim's mother's complaint.
•The incident has raised concerns about women's safety in public transport in Pune.
