Pune Shocker: Man Fractures Skull Helping Drunk, Cross-Complaints Filed

• A young man in Pune, Jitu Kailas Gaikwad, was brutally assaulted, resulting in a fractured skull, after he helped an intoxicated person get home safely.
• The incident occurred in Yelwadi when Jitu, out of humanity, put a heavily intoxicated individual on a two-wheeler and sent him home.
• Other intoxicated individuals, including Vaibhav Udarbhare and Vishal Udarbhare, confronted Jitu, angered by his act of sending their friend away.
• Jitu sustained severe head injuries in the assault, leading to a fractured skull.
• Cross-complaints have been filed at the Mahalunge MIDC Police Station, highlighting concerns about public safety due to brawls by intoxicated individuals.
