•Five mobile sets, two power banks, and charging wires were discovered in prisoners' barracks during a special inspection at Yerwada Central Prison.
•The incident came to light after Assistant Prison Officer Sunil Gaikwad noticed a prisoner acting suspiciously near a toilet.
•A major search operation on February 22 led to the discovery of these items, including a mobile, battery, SIM, and charging wire in Naushad Sheikh's bag.
•Naushad Badruddin Sheikh and other prisoners have been booked at Yerwada Police Station.
