3 New IPOs Worth Rs 3,871 Crore Opening Soon: Get Ready to Invest!

• Three new IPOs, totaling Rs 3,870.87 crore, are set to open for subscription next week, starting February 9.
• Two mainboard IPOs, Fractal Analytics (Rs 2,834 crore) and Aye Finance (Rs 1,010 crore), open on February 9 and close on February 11.
• Fractal Analytics, a Pure AI company, is backed by Apax Partners and TPG; Aye Finance, an NBFC, is supported by Alphabet and LGT Capital.
• The third IPO is from the SME segment, Marushika Technology, aiming to raise Rs 26.97 crore, opening February 12 and closing February 16.
• Four SME segment companies (Brandman Retail, Grover Jewells, Biopol Chemicals, PAN HR Solutions) are scheduled for listing next week.
