• Luke Mudgway of Li Ning Star (China) won Stage 2 of the Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026, the Maratha Heritage Circuit, and maintained his Yellow Jersey.
• Mudgway completed the 105.3 km stage in 02:31:49, with a photo finish deciding the top six riders who all recorded the same time.
• Alan Carter Bettles (Roojai Insurance Winspeed, Thailand) finished second, and Yorben Lauryssen (Tarteletto–Isorex, Belgium) secured third place for the second consecutive stage.
• Mudgway praised his teammates for their support, especially in the final 10 km after the climb, enabling his sprint finish.
