JIO Dominates Telecom: Leads Subscriber Growth, Active Users, Home Broadband

• Reliance Jio maintained its lead in November, topping subscriber additions and increasing active (VLR) users, as per TRAI data and analyst reports.
• Jio added approximately 1.2 million new subscribers in November 2025, marking its ninth consecutive month ahead of Bharti Airtel.
• Jio was the only telecom company to see an increase in active subscribers, with its VLR market share rising to 43.7% (up 25 basis points).
• The company showed highest growth in Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab, with VLR share increasing in 17 out of 22 telecom circles.
• Jio also led the home broadband segment, accounting for 68% of net additions and outperforming Airtel in mobile broadband and FWA.
