• The fraudsters misrepresented a 65 lakh rupee loan as 15 lakh rupees and understated society maintenance dues.
• The total fraud included 22 lakh rupees for the flat and 1 lakh rupee as brokerage.
• A case has been registered against Amit Kumar Shukla and Anil Singh at Kashigaon Police Station, with API Tejashree Shinde investigating.
