Adani Enterprises Acquires Full Stake in IANS for ₹4.7 Crore

Adani Enterprises, through its subsidiary AMNL, has completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in IANS India Private Limited.
•
The news agency is now a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Adani Group.
•
AMNL acquired the balance 24% Category I shares and 0.74% Category II shares for ₹4.70 crore in cash.
•
The transaction, first announced in January, was confirmed complete on March 24, 2026.
•
IANS, founded in 1994, has seen declining turnover, reporting ₹8.81 crore in FY25, down from ₹11.86 crore in FY23.
