Epstein Estate to Pay $35 Million Settlement to Victims in New Lawsuit

•Jeffrey Epstein's estate will pay up to $35 million to settle a class action lawsuit.
•The lawsuit accused Epstein's advisers, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, of aiding his sex trafficking.
•The settlement, if approved, resolves a 2024 lawsuit against Indyke and Kahn, co-executors of the estate.
•Epstein's estate previously paid $121 million through a restitution fund and $49 million in other settlements.
•Indyke and Kahn made no admission of misconduct, stating they settled for finality regarding the estate.
