•Afghan Taliban states Pakistan bombed Kam Air's fuel depot near Kandahar airport on Friday (March 13).
•The attack marks a flare-up in the worst conflict between the South Asian neighbors in years.
•Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed Kam Air supplies fuel to civilian airlines and UN aircraft.
•Mujahid also alleged Pakistan bombed other areas, including Kabul, targeting civilian homes and causing casualties.
•The conflict, which began in February with Pakistani air strikes, had seen recent mediation efforts by China.
