Aditya Birla Fashion names Suraj Bahirwani as Pantaloons' CEO-designate

•Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) announced Suraj Bahirwani as CEO Designate for Pantaloons.
•Bahirwani will take over from current CEO Sangeeta Tanwani on October 1, 2026.
•Sangeeta Tanwani will support the Managing Director as an advisor until her retirement on January 31, 2027.
•Marco Agnolin appointed as CEO – OWND! and Nikhil Modha as CFO (Designate) for ABFRL.
•Jagdish Bajaj, current CFO, will retire on December 31, 2026, after a phased transition.
