• The accused, a resident of Kasaragod, Kerala, was attempting to flee abroad when apprehended.
• The fraud involved a WhatsApp contact inducing a Bhopal resident, Mohammad Jainul, to invest in shares, leading to a loss of ₹9.35 lakh.
• The modus operandi included building trust by initially returning profits, then blocking the victim's account after a large investment, with funds withdrawn via Dubai ATMs.
• Police seized a passport, mobile phone, and SIM card from Nizamuddin; 12 other accused from Kerala and Maharashtra were previously arrested for opening and selling fake bank accounts.
