Bihar Assembly Passes Appropriation Bill, Eyes Developed State Status by 2030

•Saat Nischay-3 focuses on 'Double Employment, Double Income', aiming to double per capita income, provide financial aid to women, and create 1 crore employment opportunities.
•The government plans to provide Rs 10,000 to women for livelihood, up to Rs 2 lakh for employment expansion, and prioritize 94 lakh poor families identified in the caste-based survey.
