Bihar FM Tables Rs 12,165 Crore Third Supplementary Budget

• Bihar Finance Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav tabled the third supplementary budget for FY 2025-26.
• The budget, worth over Rs 12,165 crore, was presented in the state Assembly on Monday.
• It includes Rs 9,586.39 crore for annual schemes and Rs 2,579.04 crore for establishment and committed expenditure.
• Key allocations: Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (Rs 41.82 cr), PMAY-Gramin (Rs 1,013 cr), Saksham Anganwadi Poshan-2.0 (Rs 633.63 cr).
• Rs 1,184 crore allocated for National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) to reduce poverty.
