Brigade Group Forays into Industrial Real Estate with 25-Acre Bengaluru Park

•Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd launches 'Brigade Industrial Park', a 25-acre development in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru.
•The park will offer approximately 2 million square feet of leasable space, targeting high-growth sectors like aerospace, IT/ITES, and data centres.
•This marks Brigade Group's official entry into the industrial real estate sector.
•Separately, Brigade's managed office space arm, BuzzWorks, leased 550 seats in Hyderabad to Dublin-based MyComplianceOffice (MCO).
•BuzzWorks' total leased office space in Hyderabad now stands at 1.1 lakh sq ft.
