• Daiwa International Holdings Inc., a Japanese intermediary management holding company, focuses on investment and financial businesses.
• Ambit Wealth Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Ambit Pvt Ltd, provides wealth management services in India.
• The deal, valued at USD 32 million, was announced in December 2025 by Ambit Group.
• Separately, CCI also approved AXDI LDII SPV 1 Ltd's acquisition of a 10.04% shareholding in Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd from BCP Topco VII Pte Ltd (an affiliate of Blackstone).
