Chhattisgarh to launch Atal Arogya Labs network for enhanced healthcare

• Chhattisgarh government to establish a network of medical laboratories across the state to strengthen public healthcare services.
• MoU signed with HLL Lifecare Limited, a Central PSU, to operate these facilities under "Atal Arogya Labs".
• First laboratory to be inaugurated on April 14 in Jagdalpur district, aiming to reach remote areas.
• The network, called Chhattisgarh Integrated Diagnostic Management System (CGIDMS), will use a "Hub and Spoke" model, covering 1,051 healthcare facilities.
• District hospitals will offer 134 types of tests, civil hospitals 111, CHCs 97, and PHCs 64; reports delivered via mobile phones.
