Customs Duty Deferred Payment Scheme for Manufacturers Starts April 1

Applicable duty can be paid monthly, improving cash flow and working capital for manufacturers.
•
Scheme aims to boost ease of doing business, strengthen compliance, and promote domestic manufacturing.
•
Existing AEO-T1 entities, including MSMEs, are eligible to participate.
•
Applications open online from March 1, 2026, on the AEO portal; scheme valid until March 31, 2028.
