Govt extends export obligation period for schemes till Aug 31, 2026

Ministry of Commerce and Industry extends Export Obligation (EO) period for select schemes.

Extension till August 31, 2026, for specified Advance Authorisations and Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Authorisations.
•
Applies to EOs expiring between March 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026.
•
Aims to mitigate impact of geopolitical developments on global shipping and supply chains.
•
Automatic extension; no separate application or fee required from exporters.
