•Delhi Police constable Arun and associate Tushar arrested for operating a fake Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) racket.
•The duo allegedly charged Rs 1,000-2,000 for forged PCCs, delivered within hours, bypassing the official 10-15 day process.
•Racket uncovered during a narcotics probe after drug trafficker Ashish's arrest led police to their rented accommodation.
•Police recovered numerous forged PCCs, blank forms, fake stamps, and a fake Delhi Police ID from the premises.
•Two FIRs registered; a foreign woman found at the site is also being investigated for potential links.
