• Dhanuka Agritech Ltd reported a 27.27% decline in net profit, reaching Rs 40 crore for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-26.
• This is a significant drop from Rs 55.04 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
• Total income for the October-December 2025-26 quarter fell to Rs 418.04 crore from Rs 452.28 crore a year ago.
• Chairman M K Dhanuka attributed the decline to weak agrochemical demand, stressed demand drivers like weather issues, and low crop prices.
