Ashiana Housing Q3 Profit Soars 5-Fold to Rs 57 Cr on Strong Income Growth

• Ashiana Housing's net profit surged five times to Rs 56.65 crore in Q3 FY24, up from Rs 10.89 crore last year.
• Total income for the October-December quarter increased significantly to Rs 373.35 crore from Rs 139.93 crore.
• For the first nine months of FY24, the company reported a net profit of Rs 96.91 crore, a turnaround from a Rs 2.10 crore loss.
• Total income for April-December period reached Rs 852.25 crore, compared to Rs 327.97 crore in the previous year.
• Despite profit growth, sales bookings in Q3 fell to Rs 397.03 crore from Rs 454.16 crore year-on-year.
