ED Restores Rs 650 Crore Assets to 2,300+ SRS Realty Home Buyers

•The Enforcement Directorate (ED) restored immovable assets worth Rs 650 crore to over 2,300 home buyers.
•The assets were restored as part of a money laundering probe against Faridabad-based SRS Group.
•A special provision in the PMLA in Gurugram allowed the federal probe agency to take this step.
•SRS Group promoters allegedly duped investors by promising high returns on residential and commercial projects.
•Funds were laundered through hundreds of shell companies created by SRS Group.
