ED Seeks to Declare Nirav Modi's Brothers Fugitive Economic Offenders in PNB Scam

- •Nehal Modi is accused of helping Nirav move and hide money through fake companies, while Neeshal Modi was involved in appointing dummy partners and was a signatory in Dubai-based dummy companies.
- •The ED also seeks to declare Nirav Modi’s firm executives, Aditya Nanavati and Sandeep Mistry, as fugitives; Nirav Modi was declared an FEO in 2019.
