Haryana Approves Rs 37.60 Crore for 8 New PHCs to Boost Rural Healthcare

Haryana government sanctions Rs 37.60 crore for 8 new Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in rural areas.
•
Health Minister Arti Singh Rao announced the initiative to strengthen healthcare services and improve access in villages.
•
New PHCs will be established in Fatehabad, Hisar, Rohtak, Sonipat, and Sirsa districts.
•
The existing PHC at Mallekan, Sirsa, will be replaced with a new facility due to its unsafe condition.
•
Funding includes Rs 11.44 crore from the 15th Finance Commission and Rs 26.16 crore from the state budget; construction expected in 18-24 months.
