•IPS officer Sunil Nayak was arrested in Bihar by Andhra Pradesh police.
•The arrest is linked to the alleged custodial torture of current Deputy Speaker K Raghurama Krishna Raju.

•Raju was arrested in 2021 for allegedly making derogatory remarks against then CM Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
