IRFC OFS Fails to Attract Full Subscription, Shares Drop 1.24%

•Government's 2% share sale in Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd (IRFC) did not receive full subscription.
•Both retail and institutional investors showed a lackluster response to the Offer For Sale (OFS).
•The government proposed to sell over 26.13 crore shares at a floor price of Rs 104 per share.
•Institutional investors bid for 94.98% of their reserved shares, while retail investors bid for only about 5.9 lakh shares out of 3.79 crore offered.
•IRFC shares closed down 1.24% at Rs 103.25 on BSE, hitting a 52-week low of Rs 102.50 intraday.
