Karnataka Minister Patil pitches Vande Bharat Sleeper, high-speed rail to Vaishnaw

• He proposed a high-speed rail corridor between Bengaluru and Mumbai, extending the existing Mumbai-Pune corridor.
• Patil emphasized connecting Bengaluru and Mumbai, highlighting their roles as technology and financial capitals.
• The Minister also requested reducing travel time between Bengaluru and Vijayapura to 10 hours by limiting halts and using bypasses.
