• Kerala High Court directed Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) to produce all revenue and expenditure records for the Global Ayyappa Conclave.
• The court noted TDB's financial discipline appeared 'below par' and refused further time for explanation.
• Independent auditor Vijayan Associates was impleaded and ordered to produce all primary records, including bills, vouchers, and agreements.
• TDB must also submit the full bank account statement from Dhanlaxmi Bank for the conclave, covering August 8, 2025, to February 2, 2026.
• The court emphasized that furnishing incorrect or inflated payment particulars would be a grave concern, with the next hearing on March 6.
