Kerala Spa Assault: Another Accused Arrested in Pathanamthitta Case

• Police arrested Varun Kumar (36) in connection with the spa sexual assault case in Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta.
• Kumar is a member of the gang led by Subin Alexander, who allegedly assaulted a spa employee at knifepoint on February 1.
• Alexander and his close associate Berlin Das were previously arrested; a total of six individuals were named in the case.
• Kumar was apprehended in Aluva near Kochi after police received a tip-off and is currently being interrogated.
• Efforts are underway to trace three more absconding accused: Sajin, Prashob, and Kiran, with searches extending to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
