Man Arrested for Abducting Four-Year-Old Girl in Kerala

• Chappali Jihas, 25, arrested in connection with the abduction of a four-year-old girl in Wayanad, Kerala.
• The girl was abducted on February 7 from Pulikkad area of Mananthavady and later abandoned 8 km away at Tharuvana.
• Accused, who works in Bengaluru, allegedly intended to steal the child's jewelry but abandoned the attempt when she cried.
• Police used CCTV footage, AI technology to enhance images, and a special investigation team to track down Jihas.
• Jihas, also accused in other cases including ganja-related offenses, was arrested at Kozhikode railway station.
