Leopard Dies in Coimbatore After Barbed Wire Entanglement; Forest Guard Killed by Rhino in Kaziranga

• A leopard died in Coimbatore after getting entangled in a barbed wire fence near the Poluvampatti Block I forest area.
• The incident occurred in the Modamathi section of the Madukkarai Forest Range, Navakkarai Division.
• Separately, a forest guard, Sahabuddin, was killed and another, Ramen Borah, injured by a rhino in Assam's Kaziranga National Park.
• The rhino attack happened near the Bordoloni Forest Camp in the Kohora Range while the guards were on duty.
• In Pune, a four-and-a-half-year-old boy, Devansh Gawhane, survived a leopard attack near his home, sustaining neck and face injuries.
