MRF inks MoU with Tamil Nadu for Rs 5,300 Cr greenfield plant in Sivaganga

MRF signed a non-binding MoU with Tamil Nadu for a greenfield manufacturing facility in SIPCOT Industrial Park, Sivaganga District.
•
The plant, for automotive tyres and allied products, involves an estimated Rs 5,300 Crores investment over 12 years.
•
The project is expected to create approximately 1000 direct employment opportunities.
•
MRF's Q3 2025 consolidated total income rose 15% to Rs 8175 Crores, with net profit at Rs 692 Crores.
•
Strong Q3 performance attributed to GST rate reduction, robust OE & Replacement sales, and improved rural economy.
