MSD Appoints Brecht Vanneste as India Managing Director

Biopharmaceutical firm MSD announced Brecht Vanneste's appointment as Managing Director for India, effective March 1, 2026.
•
Vanneste, a 27-year MSD veteran, previously led the oncology business unit in China.
•
He will be based in Mumbai for his new role.
•
His past experience includes serving as Managing Director for MSD in Belgium and Luxembourg, where he enhanced oncology presence.
•
Vanneste holds an MBA from Akron University and a Master in Economics & Marketing from Vlekho.
