YES Bank names Vinay Tonse MD & CEO-designate; takes charge April 2026

•YES Bank's board approved Vinay Muralidhar Tonse as managing director and chief executive officer–designate.
•His transition period is from March 12, 2026, to April 5, 2026, formally taking charge on April 6, 2026.
•Tonse will succeed current MD & CEO Prashant Kumar, whose term ends April 5, 2026.
•The Reserve Bank of India has approved Tonse's appointment for a three-year term.
•He previously served as MD (retail business and operations) at State Bank of India and MD & CEO of SBI Mutual Fund.
