Mumbai: Two Youths Duped of Rs 23.43 Lakh with Fake BMC Job Promises

•Two youngsters, Chandra Kishore Prasad and Shobhit Premnarayan Tripathi, were cheated of Rs 23.43 lakh.
•Accused Himanshu Mohan Mishra promised supervisor posts in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's water department.
•Mishra, claiming to be a BMC staffer, took money in installments and provided fake joining letters and identity cards.
•Complainant Chandra Kishore Prasad was introduced to Mishra by his friend Adarsh Shobhnath Yadav.
•Cheques worth Rs 22 lakh issued by Mishra for settlement bounced; a case has been registered against Mishra and Yadav.
