Murder Convict Munniappa, Parole Jumper, Nabbed by Delhi Crime Branch

•Murder convict Munniappa, absconding since June 2024 after jumping parole, arrested by Delhi Police Crime Branch.
•Munniappa was convicted in a 2012 murder case in Bindapur, Dwarka, for assaulting a resident with an iron rod.
•He was granted four months' parole from Mandoli Jail on February 5, 2024, but failed to surrender.
•Apprehended from Rajiv Nagar Extension, Bawana, following technical surveillance and field intelligence.
•Accused frequently changed locations and SIM cards across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, and Delhi to evade arrest.
