Nitish Kumar launches Rs 405 crore development projects in Jehanabad, Arwal

• Bihar CM Nitish Kumar launched development projects worth Rs 405 crore in Jehanabad and Arwal districts during his ‘Samridhi Yatra’.
• Jehanabad received projects worth Rs 252 crore, including inauguration of 88 programmes (Rs 70 crore) and foundation stones for 73 others (Rs 182 crore).
• Arwal district saw the launch of 272 projects worth Rs 153 crore, with 250 programmes inaugurated (Rs 90 crore) and foundation stones laid for 22 projects (Rs 63 crore).
• Kumar inaugurated a stitching training-cum-production centre for Jeevika Didis in Jehanabad, promoting self-employment.
• The CM also inspected the upgradation work at a government higher secondary school in Itwan, reviewing its astronomy laboratory and smart learning hub.
