Pakistan's Sarfaraz Ahmed, only captain to win 2 ICC finals vs India, retires
•Former Pakistan captain and wicketkeeper-batter Sarfaraz Ahmed announced his retirement from all forms of cricket.
•He is the only Pakistani captain to win two major ICC tournament finals against traditional rivals India (2006 U-19 World Cup, 2017 Champions Trophy).
•The announcement, made via a PCB statement, comes amid speculation he might be appointed head coach of the national Test team.
•Sarfaraz, who turns 39 in May, was recently named a member of the national selection committee and mentor/manager for U-19 and Shaheens squads.
•He represented Pakistan in 54 Tests, 117 ODIs, and 61 T20Is, captaining in 100 international games across all three formats.
