Palghar Firing: Runaway Accused Held From Yavatmal Over Love Marriage Dispute

•Umesh alias Pralhad Gharat (52) arrested from Yavatmal district for February 23 firing in Palghar.
•Accused allegedly fired at Pritesh Warkhande's father over a love marriage dispute.
•Gharat opposed Pritesh's marriage to a girl he had raised since childhood.
•He also assaulted Pritesh and his wife, throwing chilli powder after the firing.
•Palghar police used technical analysis and inputs to trace Gharat to Varni police station limits, Yavatmal, arresting him on March 1.
