RailOne SuperApp Hits 2 Crore Downloads in 8 Months, Revolutionizing Indian Railways

•RailOne SuperApp, developed by CRIS, has surpassed 2 crore downloads in less than 8 months since its launch on July 1.
•The app has also crossed 5 lakh ticket bookings per day this month, now facilitating approximately 6 lakh daily bookings.
•It serves as a unified digital gateway for Indian Railways, offering reserved/unreserved ticketing, platform tickets, train enquiries, and PNR status.
•This milestone underscores Indian Railways' digital transformation and commitment to enhanced passenger convenience.
•Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw also announced the RailTech Policy and digitisation of the Railway Claims Tribunal under the '52 Reforms in 52 Weeks' initiative.
