REC Board Approves Rs 3.20 Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26

•REC Ltd's board approved a fourth interim dividend of Rs 3.20 per equity share (32%) for FY 2025-26.
•The dividend is based on a face value of Rs 10 per share.
•The record date for the interim dividend is fixed as Friday, March 20, 2026.
•Payment of the interim dividend will be made on or before April 14, 2026.
•The decision was made at a board meeting held on March 16, 2026.
