Repono Limited Expands Globally, Forms JV in Saudi Arabia

•Repono Limited, a warehousing and liquid terminal solutions provider, has formed a Joint Venture (JV) in Saudi Arabia.
•The new entity, Repono GW Company, is a partnership with Golden Wing Trading Company, a Saudi Arabia-based firm.
•Repono Limited will hold a controlling 51% stake in Repono GW Company.
•The JV will focus on petrochemical plant warehousing, oil terminal operations, logistics, and container handling services.
•This move establishes Repono's presence in a key global energy hub, diversifying its logistics and storage platform.
