RSP Dominates Nepal Polls with 124 Seats; Balendra Shah Set to Be Youngest PM

•Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) secured 124 seats in direct voting and nearly 4 million proportionate votes.
•Nepali Congress (NC) won 17 seats, CPN-UML 8, and NCP 7 in direct voting.
•Results for 161 out of 165 direct voting seats declared; remaining four expected soon.
•RSP leads proportionate voting with 3,789,803 votes, followed by NC and CPN-UML.
•Balendra Shah is set to become Nepal's first Madhesi and youngest prime minister.
