Sabarimala Gold Loss: Ex-TDB Member's Bail Plea Rejected by Kollam Court

•Kollam Vigilance Court dismissed bail petitions of a former Travancore Devaswom Board member in two Sabarimala gold loss cases.
•The accused is the 15th accused in the Dwarapalaka idols gold loss case and 11th in the Sreekovil doorframes gold loss case.
•Bail was sought on medical grounds, but the court rejected the request after examining medical records.
•The former board member was part of TDB when gold artifacts were allegedly handed to Unnikrishnan Potty for replating in 2019.
•Seven persons, including prime accused Unnikrishnan Potty, have already been granted bail; chargesheet expected by March 31.
