• ESR Group will develop the ESR Hosur Advanced Manufacturing Park on the land.
• The industrial park, located in the Hosur-Shoolagiri belt, involves a Rs 600 crore investment.
• It has a development potential of 2.1 million sq ft and is close to Bengaluru and Chennai.
