• Shriram Properties Ltd. acquired a 4-acre land parcel on Sarjapur Main Road in South-East Bengaluru.
• The estimated gross development value (GDV) for the project is ₹550 crore to ₹600 crore.
• The company plans to develop a premium high-rise residential project with approximately 5 lakh sq ft of saleable area.
