• The victim was lured with promises of high returns on a fraudulent website.
• He invested Rs 3,15,67,954 between December 12, 2023, and February 11, 2024.
• Initially shown a profit of USD 5 lakh, his account was blocked when he tried to withdraw funds.
• Police registered a case against three individuals under relevant sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and IT Act.
