Two Nepalese Youths Arrested for Murdering Compatriot in Shimla

•Two Nepalese youths, Lalit Rana and Shahbir Luvar, arrested for the murder of a compatriot in Shimla district.
•Victim, Rakesh Pratap, was found near the Pabbar river in Chirgaon with his face disfigured.
•Accused allegedly assaulted the victim with stones and a sharp weapon after an altercation on February 17.
•The suspects fled to Kullu after the crime, switching off their phones to evade arrest.
•Police appealed for proper registration of tenants and migrant laborers to prevent future incidents.
